This beautiful restaurant located at the luxurious Maxims Genting offers a gastronomic dining experience from the appetizer to the dessert – a meal.

Genting Casino is home to the Fahrenheit Balcony bar and restaurant, which has been decorated with a stylish, modern finish. Paying tribute to its former incarnation as Bournemouth’s Theatre Royal, the dining areas are laid out in the theatre style, across multiple floor levels. Peruse an extensive cocktail menu and wine list and enjoy your beverage at the gaming tables or at one of the balcony tables, which are perfect for a meal for two or a large dining party.

The menu offers a wide choice of mouth-watering dishes and a grazing selection created for those looking to dine while they play. We started our experience with the ham hock terrine and crispy coated calamari, which were both beautifully presented and tasted divine. To follow, we selected the deliciously tender mixed grill and the twice-cooked pork belly with champ mash and crème fraîche sauce. The generous portions are great value for money but we simply couldn’t resist the sumptuous desserts. Chocolate fudge cake was light and moist and the baked New York cheesecake was rich and creamy with a buttery biscuit base. The friendly Genting Casino team is always on hand to make your visit memorable. It’s definitely worth stopping by, but we would recommend booking to avoid disappointment.
