We had a problem with our shed workshop flat felt roof leaking and needed a quick repair. Instead of replacing the felt roof we decided to use a product call.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Yamkin from Great Product Stopped My Roof LeakAfter the recent heavy rainfall, part of my lower roof started leaking. The area of concern was between the wall & the roof. Make sure you wear good protective gloves. I wore the disposable ones! Don't forget to stir as the fibres are at the bottom of the tin. I applied a good coating yesterday and all looks good today as it's been raining quite hard. As it's a %l tine, I've got a good supply left which will come in handy when required.Thank you Toolstation for being there when I needed you
Rated 4 out of 5 by 606paul from Does exactly what is says on the tin Great productDoes exactly what is says on the tin. Great product. Applying the product is pretty simple and you certainly get more coverage than description on the tin. Looks pretty solid and seals well. The secret with this is to really stir it well for a good few minutes and get the thicker stuff from the bottom all mixed in i used a mixer in a drill did it very well. it has now been a month and no leeks so far.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Vomboy from BLACK JACK ALL WEATHER ROOF COATINGJust applied this today to a big shed flat felt roof. I bought this given good price compared to other brands and the 99% good reviews. The secret with this is to really stir it well for a good 10-15 minutes - get the thicker stuff from the bottom all mixed in. Then Close lid firmly/securely and give it a good shake. It is messy and you need to wear long trousers/top plus gloves or a coverall/overalls. Spreads well with a brush. Mucky old job but lets see how it performs. I applied at this time of year (Mid September) so that heat will not affect the initial application. With 2-3 dry days forecast - I hope this works. Will update.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Gus Murchie from Not the bestBought & used this as a substitute for Thompsons One Coat Roof Seal. Seems decent material, fibres included within the bitumen coating, solvent based & easy to apply, 2 coats recommended. Takes 2nd place to Thompsons One Coat which has a better finish if aesthetics is important, only problem is you need arms like Popeye to apply it but thats why its One Coat. !!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by badgersarebold from Perfect for keeping your garage watertightI bought this to give protection to our garage roof, which is past its prime, and probably will need replacing at some point before too long. In the meantime, I've used Black Jack's all weather roofing compound to give the existing roof surface a bit longer before I have to sort a more permanent repair. About 3 months on from application, and several monsoon-like rainfalls since, and the Black Jack roof coating is doing its job. A bit messy to apply, so make sure you're wearing gloves, and be prepared to use then ditch your brush or broom afterwards. But this stuff definitely does the job. Tool Station's customer service is excellent. Ordered online and collected from the Yeovil store minutes later, with minimal fuss. Great job.
